Ricam Academy, training division of Ricam Group, provides a complete, structured and diversified educational plan for companies that want to develop, strengthen and perfect the know-how of their professionals in a life-long learning logic.
The training proposal ranges from compulsory and qualifying training to tailor-made courses aimed at enhancing and developing the professionalism of the designated figures, through classroom teaching, video conferences, online e-learning, laboratory and on-the-job activities.
As a training body accredited by the Lombardy Region and the major National Interprofessional Joint Funds, Ricam Academy supports and supports companies and professionals in the search for the most suitable tools to contain and reduce training costs through a presentation, management, implementation and reporting service of training plans completely free or reimbursable up to 100%.

Thanks to accreditation in the Lombardy Region, Ricam Academy is authorized to carry out skills enhancement and job support courses foreseen by the regional GOL program (Workers’ Employability Guarantee), through reskilling and upskilling interventions of the recipients.

What it is and who can access it.
Companies and freelancers with a VAT number based in Lombardy can access a contribution that reimburses 100% of the costs of the training courses offered by Ricam Academy and present in the catalog approved by the Region.
Depending on the regional tender, each company will have a maximum amount available that can be spent on an annual basis, i.e. one voucher per person for one or more courses.
The Lombardy Region will then provide the reimbursement within 60 days from the reporting date of the training course.
The contribution will be paid to those who have attended at least 75% of the expected duration of the course.
